i ordered a visor DX, and an additional serial cradle on 1/19 via standard shipping. my visa card was charged on 1/24 - but just for the cost of the visor - i'm assuming because the serial cradle was on backorder. on 1/27 there's a fedex package at the house from handspring... it's the serial cradle - but no visor... still waiting for the visor - and wishing i'd ordered the unit with express shipping....

I had the exact same scenerio and it came ups on Tues 2/1.
