Question

I received the MemoryAccess module by RemoteSolution for Christmas and have been putting it through it's paces. I've
experienced some problems and am wondering if any other forum users have seen similar problems.

My module is version 1.1. I am having random problems with the alarm features of the module. I set the 'Use card for System Alerts' on and set 'Alarm' to Vibrate.

The module vibrates for a DateBook alarm, when I randomly test it, it seems to lockup. I can determine when the unit is 'locked up' by using the Test menu within the MA Config application. I click on Alarm and nothing happens.
If I deselect 'Use card for System Alerts' and re-test the Alarm, the standard Visor alarm sounds.

During this locked up mode, I can light the LED or vibrate the module via the MA Test app, but the only way to restore the Test function within MA Config is to reset the Visor.

This seems to occur whether I have Hacks activated or not.
I'm still trying some more structured testing. Is anyone else experiencing similar problems? Any tips or tricks to solve this? Thanks.

P.S. I don't have a 'warm fuzzy' about RemoteSolutions when the web site for module registration (www.springboardaccess.com) is still under construction!
