Error when trying to erase software
I get a strange error when I try to access my memory from the menu. If I try to get info, delete a file, or look at the files with PiMover, I get the following message
memorymgrnew.c,
line:4128, invalid handle
This all started happening when I installed Fireviewer 6. Any thoughts? I can still use the VDLX, and fireviewer works, and I can still hotsync. But doing any of the afore mentioned memory functions causes the error and I have to pull out the ol' reset pin.
Thanks

Try doing a warm reset (hold the Up button while pressing reset). Then see if Info or Delete work. If they do, I would remove Fire Viewer, soft reset, and try Info and Delete again. If the warm reset doesn't help, get a copy of Filez and try deleting Fire Viewer. You may also want to try the deleting Unsaved_Prefs file.

Mark - you should write a FAQ - I think you've seen almost every problem!

Well, I didn't want to come out and say it - I'm working on my own growing list of 'Fatal's' as well

Now I am getting worried
). Before you do, make sure everything is backed up... if you use BackupBuddy, you should be all set. If not, read this thread as it discusses using a freeware app called BackUpAll.__________________
