Hi,
I ordered a graphite deluxe via the web at 0100 on 1-11. I specified express shipping. It was delivered by FedEx on 1-15. I was quite surprised! The order was correct. The machine seems to function properly. Thanks to the advice of other posters I did not use the included stylus. I tried it on transparency sheets first. Good idea. My belt sander would have left fewer scratches! The WriteRight sheets for Windows CE that I had fit OK on the screen.
