Two orders placed October 8
Order 1, 3 Graphite, 1 Green, 1 Orange, 2 Graphite Serial Cradles, 2 Ice Serial Cradles - all received by 12/01/99. Shipped in FOUR different packages ranging from one week after order was placed, to December 01.
Order 2, 7 Ice, 3 Blue, 9 Ice Serial Cradles - HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. "ESCALATION" IS A JOKE, CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE WAS A WASTE OF TIME. EMAIL MIGHT AS WELL BEEN SENT TO THE MAN ON THE MOON.
HANDSPRING!!! IF YOU ARE SMART AND ARE READERS OF THIS BOARD MAKE SOME CHANGES. WORK OVERTIME. GIVE STRAIGHT ANSWERS. OFFER REFUNDS. DO SOMETHING! ANYTHING!
I cannot imagine letting a BUSINESS TO BUSINESS transaction slip by!
I refuse to cancel until next week. If I do cancel, I will also return the five units we have received.
My understanding is that no busiinesses will get the Visor until after the first of the year.
