Is the PalmGear 16MB Module OEM'ed by Hagiwara?

I thought I read somewhere that the PalmGear 16MB Step-Up Flash Memory Module is OEM'ed by Hagiwara but I cannot locate the post here that said so.

If it isn't-- does anyone know if Brayder's JackBack (sorry-- I meant to say JackBack instead of JackFlash if you read this post earlier) is compatible with it?
