Memplug MS help
I have had this problem for a while now and its prob the most annoying problem someone with a memplug could have. I have a Memplug MS, Lexar Media, 128 mb.
Everytime I do a backup (on any program such a PiBackup II or BackupBuddy VFS) these 3 palm files end up in the backup folder when I view the backup files on the computer (view attachment)
and I have no clue what they are.
The reason why I am mentioning this though is because I have come to conclude that its these 3 files that always give me an error message when my the memplug tries to initialize the memory stick. The error is " Initialazation has failed, please re-insert memory stick, do not insert in pref-general form". But I wasent even in the pref-general form! Then I have to pull the memory stick out and the Visor resets and then I insert it again. After at least 5 tries the initialazation works and I can use the Memplug.
But when there is no backup on my Visor from any program and those annoying 3 weird programs arent on my Memory stick, it initializes fine. But I want to have a backup on my Visor! Thats the advantage of a memplug right?
And whats even more annoying is that when you view those files, you cant delete them off the memory stick from the computer. It will give you an error that says "Can not delete file:Can not read from the source file or disk." So in order to get rid of those files I have to reformat the stick as this is the only way to remove those files.
PLZ help me, Ive tried everything I could possibly think of, maybe some other ppl have had the same problem and know how to help me. Thanks in advance.
Jonathan
