After two 2-hour long distance calls to Handspring this week, I DID NOT want to pay any more money only to get frustrated with being on hold. So I called the toll-free ordering number and complained to the guy there. When he told me what I already knew, there is no toll-free CS number, I asked if he could transfer me to the CS call-center. He said sure, and I'm on hold right now. The question is, will this call cost me money? Since I called the 888 number and THEY were the ones that transfered me, is this call free? If it is, I'd reccomend this roundabout procedure to everyone.
