They advertise 1 week delivery plus shipping time.

I ordered my modem last Thursday (March 9th) and it's waiting for me at home right now!! (March 14th) It was shipped yesterday!

I'd say things are going well considering this was a backordered module and i ordered the day they made it available!

I hope my modem comes in real soon. I ordered on the 23rd.. one week ago today, and have not gotten a shipping confirmation yet... Sigh

Ordered a modem and backup module from HandSpring on 3/21. Haven't heard anything since.

According to the HandSpring site on 3/31, both the modem and backup module are supposedly "shipping". Perhaps "shipping" actually means "backorder".
