-- Digitizer problems (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=15896)
Okay, I bought a Prism from a friend of mine a few months back. When I first got it, it worked great, but now I'm having some really funky digitizer problems.
These seem to be the same problems that plagued the early Prisms: horrid grafitti recognition and unresponsive touch screen. They aren't there all the time, but seem to 'cycle' in and out every few minutes. In other words, I'll be grafitti-ing just fine for one sentence, then the next will have me able to write nothing but a "." (as that's all that's registered, no matter what strokes I use).
I downloaded the Handpsring fix (even though I believe it was already installed), and it didn't do a thing. I've even reset the digitizer through the Prefs screen a couple of times, all to no avail.
I guess I really just wanted confirmation from other Prism owners. Has my hardware gone bad? Should I call HS and get a replacement (or use the CompUSA warranty that my friend purchased and passed along to me when I bought it)? Or is there anything else, any last ditch attempts, I can try?

Try to backup your prism and do hard reset. If you can install all the program you have to the Prism. Do you use any hack or anything? What the last program you installed in your prism that make your prism digitizer acting weird.
If it still not working, just call the technical support and maybe the will send you a replacement or fix the problem.
