-- Got a case from Fossil. (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=3614)
Just received a case from www.fossil.com. Excellent soft leather case with smooth zipper closure and space for cc's, biz cards, both a pen and a stylus, and a paper note pad. I'm very happy with it. The cost was great - $28 with free shipping and a handful of free stuff like pens and two different calendars. Kinda ironic there.

Walt,
Nice find! Thanks for the info!
thanks for the info. What is its dimension???
I posted a link to this case a LONG time ago... I just got mine. It's great, exactly what I was looking for. I recommend it for anyone looking for a small/stylish case.
Bucky, dimensions are about 4 3/8 X 6 X 1/1/2, (stuffed with cards and stuff),
dannoz, I think I got the link from your post way back when, and when I finally got around to ordering, they were out! I'm happy I got it though.

Just received my Fossil case this a.m. I am very pleased with the quality, the price and Fossil's customer service. Placed my order on Wednesday and received it today. Free 2nd day air is very nice, also. $28 well spent IMHO.
How easy is it to get the Visor out of the Fossil case for syncing, etc?
Very easy. The Visor is held in by two leather straps with elastic material on the ends so there is some give to them. The fit is snug enough to hold the Visor in but flexible enough to make removal a snap.
I just got one today. Like it very much. Very good case. It's a keeper. It's similar to Devian DVP3 w/o the use of velcro to attach the visor to the case.
works great with springbroad modem attached too. Thanks Walt for the info. Got mine @ Macy (NYC) - same price.
In the Fossil case, is there a place to put money?
------------------
Not really. Possibly a few folded bills in the business card slots or where the pad goes, but that's deeper and you may have to dig to get your money out.
Overall, though, I must admit, it's a pretty nice case for only $28. I am really impressed with the leather...ahh...nice and soft. I got rid of the pad though. It got in the way and I really didn't need it. The only little complaint I had with it was that the straps that hold the visor in - I wish it was a little more snug.
Other than that, it's nice.
