-- yikes, I scratched the screen (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=2461)
For some reason, out of nowhere, my stylus starting scratching the writing area in the middle of something I was writing. I tried to wipe clean the screen, the stylus, etc., then tried writing something else and it did it again. Now I think I've screwed it up such that the Visor isn't recognizing graffiti correctly.
My question is, anybody have any experience with scratching? Am I in trouble with this Visor unit now? Also, in terms of keeping the screen clean (maybe some dirt/dust particles caused the scratching), what should you use?
Any insights appreciated.
I've heard that if you are having real bad screen scratching that HandSpring will replace the unit for you because the screen is too soft. Can anyone confirm?
