I just found out that Amazon has Viking SmartMedia adaptors on sale.

The 32M Adaptor is $31.99 and shipping is currently free. The other sizes are also reduced with free freight.

That's about half what I've seen for other cards or vendors.

I think it's a "$1-per-Mb" sale, or something.
But FWIW I wanted to note that there was a prob. w/ Viking CF cards being read by one of the SBs. Not certain this means anything further about Viking cards, etc. -- but just be sure to hold onto yer receipt!

CF & SMC are too totally different things, SMC doesn't go around fooling around and going against specs.

NewEgg.com is still cheapest with $24 for 32mb & $47 for 64mb. Several people on these boards have bought from them (I will eventually).
