-- How come the InnoPocket CF adapter cost less than $15 in Taiwan? (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=15376)
I just knew this from someone post on Taiwan's Visor reseller's website. They spent just NT$450 for a InnoPocket CF adapter including the software. That's less than US$15. How come this is possible? Any idea?
If you can read chinese (big5 code), you can find the thread here.

BTW, the original price of this adapter is more than $40 in Taiwan as other people in the above thread said.
Earn More
Is it because North Americans earn more than Taiwanese? It is not very unusual for a product to be cheaper in other parts of the world outside north america.
Actually, everything eles for the Visor including Visor itself is more expensive there than in US. You may count on tax and the market there is much smaller. BTW, just let you know Visor is more expensive than Palm in Taiwan even before Palm started the price war. Visor even has a smaller market share than TRGPro in Taiwan. Shame on the sales people there or should I blame Handspring's policy?
