does anyone know how long handspring takes to replace defective visors? the one i bought for my fiance doesn't hotsync. i know this because i was able to with my own in her cradle.

just wondering how long the wait is/what the procedure is.

I got my replacement in about 7 business days that was in February. I've heard that in the past month people received it in a few days.

Officially it seems that replacements take 3 - 5 business days to process now.
