What case do you use with your visor, with the eyemodule installed?

Right now, i'm using the standard slip leather case. However.. i'm noticing that the graphite paint is slowly wearing down and coming off.

What are the other alternatives?

Non eyemodule users, remember that the eyemodule sticks out the top of the visor so the body glove case, handspring slim leather case, nubuck cases, etc, are out of the question.

I'm using the slipcover too. As far as the paint wearing off, I'm used to it... I've got a Prism.

Finding a form fitting case (non Rhino) for the Visor/EM is going to be tough. IMHO if one comes out at all, it would be offered by IDEO or Blocks.

I wish there were a case with the entire springboard slot open to the world, and came with a springboard blank cover with the outside of the blank covered with the case material. That way I can remove the SB that I'm done using, and be able to put the case-blank in place. Hmmm... got myself thinking now.

I'm using incase neoprene pouch with belt clip thing on the back. It's not formal at all by its look, but it protects the whole thing pretty nicely. Has top cover with Velcro, so even with eyemodule, Visor can fit in.
But I want to have lens cover like EM2, 'cos these day when I download images on desktop, I see all those bits and pieces of dust all over them...

It is possible to modify a Rhodiana case so it will accomodate an EyeModule, if you are handy with tools.

I guess this is going to be an ongoing quest for me. Now that I've got a Prism, thinmodem, memory card and eyemodule2 - how do I carry the stuff around? I mean, with a travel charger and a portable sync cable as well.

Kind of interesting -- I've been using handhelds for 5 years (starting with the old Newton 100) and I've got at least a half dozen different cases with different configurations some pre-designed and some self-configured to hold all of the various appliances that come with handhelds. What keeps happening, however, is that I finally notice that I'm carrying so much around in a case that I might as well be carrying my laptop anyway.

I'm an automation consultant -- and believe that less is better. So, I'm now using the Hanspring tri-fold that carries my Prism (I really like the 'click-in' holder), a spare stylus, a couple of compartments for cash and my drivers license and credit cards.

The rest of the gear sits in my briefcase until I need it.

It's actually a case designed by Case logic to hold a CD player and/or accessories. When I stumbled on it today at Comp USA -- I was very impressed with the possibilities for PDA storage. Of course, I travel an awful lot -- so I'm not interested in a super super slim protective case to clip onto my belt -- but rather something to organize my Prism stuff.

For my Prism, I use a tri-fold case sold by Handspring -- which keeps my Prism, credit cards, drivers license, etc. But this case allows me to very neatly keep:

- Prism in its case

- Eyemodule2 (in its case)
- 2 spare modules
- Handi-use screen wipes

- Portable hot-synch cable
- Thinmodem cable

I can't speak from experience but this case supposedly can accomodate some of the oversized modules...including the eyemodule...might be worth it to take a look.
