HELP! Can't get keyboard to work!
I just received my keyboard from thinkoutside.com. I downloaded the drivers & followed all of the instructions. When it came to the point to enter in the serial number, I'm stuck! I enter in the s/n as directed and tap 'done', but it doesn't do anything further! I hit cancel & tried to go into the software on my edge to enable the keyboard & can't get it to work from there either. I've tried mailing [email protected] a few hours ago with no response, so I'm hoping someone here can help!!!

Go figure...
Couldn't get the s/n from my keyboard to work with the software, but took the s/n from my fiance who has the non-edge/handspring keyboard & it worked!
Still no response from [email protected] so far, not real impressed with them.
have you tried reinstalling the keyboard driver?
delete the keyboard driver, do a soft reset, reinstall and re-enter the SN? does the SN on the bubble wrap label match the SN on the back of the keyboard?
I had no problems installing and enabling the stowaway driver on my wife's Edge. Haven't experienced their email support yet.
