Prism Charging Diode

The green diode in the bottom-right corner of my Prism isn't working any more - when I charge it is as dead as a doornail. I tried a soft-reset, to no avail.

Anyone have any bright ideas?

Try

Try a cradle reset..where you reset the unit while it is sitting in the cradle....if that fail, try a hard reset...that faill, replace the unit if the missing led is a problem.
