Who's the genius behind combined memory and expansion? (was:future of springboard mo)
What I want is a Hi-res color Visor Treo with an extra slot for cf memory. Doesn't that just make logical sense??? I'd pay a good chunk of $$ for it too. I think it doesn't make any sense to have memory expandable via the springboard slot. Look at your computers that you're on right now, there's dedicated slots for memory and separate connectors for peripherals. they should NOT be combined. Can anybody enlighten me as to why a dedicated memory slot was never incorporated into any of the HS's ?
Second thought. Memory limitations on the Visors suck. So we need either a dedicated CF memory slot -OR- wireless connectivity so that we can easily and instantly backup everything we have (either with our own servers or some hosting service) and then clear out what little memory they gave us to play with.
Don't post your topic in two different threads. If somebody wants/has something to say, then they will see it in the appriote thread, and post there.
