I just got my visor today for christmas from my parents (im 15). I open it up and turn it on and see a line on the left side of the screen going down where there is no display. I am very disappointed now and am wondering if anyone elese has had this problem? Thanks for the help:}

Since it's new, try a hard reset. If that doesn't help, try another set of batteries. If still no luck, I'd exchange the unit.
