I ordered on Oct 13, 1999 a Blue VDX and still no Visor. I have called at least 6 times and been on hold for at least an hour each time. I have asked for help by the CS people and simply hear "you order has been expedited" Who cares it is almost 3 months and no visor. Help

Heard from Ms. Dubinsky today and she promised to help. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I heard the same from her .....8 days ago !
Since I called the 1 888 number and I can't get anything done from them.
Tired of that and frustrated.
