I think lust for a married neighbor is coveting (if neighbor is married) and adultery if you believe in the above theory. If you don't subscribe to the "I think, therefore I sin" theory then lust for a married neighbor is coveting. sex (if your are married) with a neighbor is adultery.

also, lust is just lust, which i recall as being a sin, too.
