I just got my visor and before you get jealous there is one small problem. The CD they sent is cracked. Needless to say I can not use it. I just spent 30 min on hold on the pay line only to have a voice come on and say we are open from 8am to 8pm please try back during these hours. It�s 6 here in the Central Time zone so I forgot all about the time change. Can anyone send me the bare minimums to get the program to work? If so I would be in great dept to you. I have a palm pilot personal and my visor in infinitely better but I need to get the data to it. Well I better get now.

If it's 6 Central, then they should have been open. That's only 7 ET & 4 Pacific. So, no matter where they are, someone should have answered the phone!

Actually, I believe the service center in in NY so it would be on east coast time.

Check MelonBoy's clock....sounds right to me. 6:00 CDT is 7:00 EST. Now next week when Daylight Savings time kicks back in or whatever then maybe it'll be...no that's not right.

Hey tell you what...CityTime on the Visor fixes this issue. With all this other stuff going wrong etc then I guess any one could lose track of time easily.

Yeah I did and I only called CS once after the original order week ago. Now I'm waiting for the "custom" case I ordered off of the net.

Tell you what....you'll like it when you receive yours. The deluxe shipped case leaves alot to be desired for me. It's ok for some but I have always used a custom case that to date they haven't "hit" my credit card for. But you....will enjoy when received. If we need more time zone help, I guess everyone will have to wait.
