That would defeat my purpose for doing a double-lane bridge. I want a bigger pipe for traffic. I tore down several sections of my downtown area and made a double lane highway as that was where my traffic was heaviest.

I don't think that is what the RCI means. I have about 5 totally open res areas and my R is all the way up.

The other day I actually played SC for over an hour straight. My Prism did GREAT I am please to announce although it started to fade on me at the end.

Are they easily accessible R areas? According to the manual, the indicator being over the bar means positive need for R areas...maybe they don't wanna live in those zones b/c traffic or crime or something...just a guess.
