-- Soundsgood Problem (http://discussion.visorcentral.com/vcforum/showthread.php?threadid=10992)

I've loved using my SoundsGood player for over a month, until now. When I put the headphones in, i have to manupulate them in a sort of way to get the proper sound. If I don't do that, then I get a bassless, distant sound. I think the plug of the headphones aren't coming into full contact w/ the socket on the Soundsgood. Is there any remedy to this, or do I have to see if Soundsgood will repair it for me?

If I were you I'd contact Good and get a replacement. That is an expensive module!

Arrow Me too.

My sound in the headphones does not seem to be as bad as you describe but I definitely noticed a quality difference when I wiggle the jack. This isn't my first music device with headphones to do this but the others cost about $20! I'll be contacting them as soon as I have the chance...

I talked to cust. serv. and I'll be getting a replacement next week. Now, my only problem is to keep what happened from getting to my new one.
