I posted similar info in the accessories area but felt that many people will look here:

I had a telephone conversation with Sandy Torres on 11/10. She stated that the Custom Cases would probably not ship for 2+ weeks due to the focus of getting the Visor's out.

The more generic none "initialed" cases will ship before the custom cases but she would/could not commit to a specific date.

I'd say that we need to leave Handspring alone for awhile and this might accelerate the process.

If you ordered a Visor in September and you're concerned about the order being lost then by all means call. Those of you who ordered in October, probably should check until after the 6 week mark has come and gone.

I believe that Handspring will get over these issues very soon if we allow them to get caught up.

Hey moose, I am a little confused. Your name is on quite a bit of messages all over this message board and they all conflict a little bit. So can you please post a message here to straighten this up for me. Like have you recieved your visor or not? What happened in the process, if so? What have you done so far, if not? Thank you )

Bummer. Now I have to wait for my custom case? Well at least I'll have a Visor to play with while I wait.
