I ordered by phone 9/14 11am est, express shipping requested. So here I sit waiting for my Visor. I just called for a status, and was told that I did not have express shipping. Standard shipping instead. I'm in PA. I wish they would (Handspring) get their act together. I know the call center is not Handspring, but Handspring hired them. I'm leaving on Business Saturday for 2 1/2 weeks. The Visor should arrive Mon. or Tues. This is why I requested express shipping in the first place. Just not right.....

It sucks to know that people who ordered mid to early october are getting theirs without a problem.

I really wish I didn't find out about a visor until last week, because then I could have ordered and I'd probably get it at the same time I will from my 9/14 order.. I would have just waited a LOT less than I have.
