What it�s the function of the microphone in visor deluxe ? It�s important or make a big diference betwen Palm and Handspring ?

I want buy a Visor deluxe, but I can�t decide.

The microphone does not work with the Visor alone. It is there for Springboard modules that choose to utilize its functionality (i.e. voice recorder, phone module, etc).

The microphone is directly connected to the springboard slot, so currently you can't use it with out a module that has voice recording. I'm not going to go in about what's better Palm-Hand, just look around and you'll see tons of discussions about that.
