Although my Omnisky / Prism is functioning well with the default Omnisky software...I am experiencing some "hang-ups" and crashes when using other apps such as:
Starbucks PQA
Continental Airline PQA
AOL instant Messenger
What are some others' experiences?
MS
mszatny,
Starbucks and Continental both appear to work fine on my setup. I don't use AOL so I can't comment.
Are you using any input programs besides Graffiti? I was using Fitaly Hack on my Palm Vx and had conflicts but I'm using TapPad on the Prism with no issues. Tech support said they knew of a few issues with Fitaly in version 1.0 but with 2.0 I can't comment if those issues were fixed.

No, I am not using any other alternate input apps...I was using MegaLauncher 2.2 but was forced (by Omnisky tech support) to disable it for Omnisky to work.
What about Hackmaster?? any know conflicts with this?
MS
What kind of battery life is your Prism getting with the Omnisky modem?
I got my today, and my Prism battery seems to drain pretty quick.

Happy Treo 600 user, so far. Thanx Cingular for having an unlocked phone.
My Treo 600 is my phone, my PDA, my watch, and my MP3 player. Oh yeah, I take a picture once in a while with it. Convergence is such a great thing.
