Thumbs up Thanks Handspring

I would publicly like to thank HS for their donations of handspring Edges to e-bay's Auction for America. I was able to obtain an Edge at a good price and my money was donated in full except for a $7.00 shipping charge to the American Red Cross for their Sep 11th fund.
Since, I lost several neighbors in this act of cowardice, I am glad that my money will do good and I received a HS as icing on the cake.
Take a look
Regards

Now that's true patriotism, unlike Palm. Handspring gave a good effort to help the victims of the attack. Instead of waiting until 2 months after the attack to "try" to be patriotic, Handspring stepped in immediatly. Donating the Visors and VisorPhones definately helped the servicemen that used them, making their jobs just that much easier.

Holding the auctions was also great, because the money the Red Cross gets really does help those in need after the attack. Handspring helping with that fund is a great act of patriotism, in this time of economic downturn. I mean, Handspring is taking the same blow as Palm, but they have a heart for their country and immediatly acted, not thinking about financial costs, like Palm probably did.

Good job Handspring , even though I don't use your products, I'm proud you guys can have a heart for our country. It's good to know someone in the PDA market cares for something more than their own company and crushing their competition.
