It worked yesterday and the beginning of today. However, this afternoon, I tried to turn it on (yes batteries were charged) and NOTHING happened. Just the plain ole black screen. I did a reset by sticking the reset pin on the stylus into the reset hole in the back of the prism and well.. all my stuff was erased except for the built in visor stuff. I reinstalled all my apps again and was working on it (turning it on and off again) on my way to my friends house fixing stuff up at stop lights (not too safe.. I know) and when I got to my friends house... SAME THING! it didn't turn on again and I had to do a reset using the pin again with a Visor Prism with no apps etc... My question is, should I return it, or is this a software problem with one of my applications??Right now with no programs on, it has worked fine with my last reset. Is there a program that looks at compatibility and what not??? Any help or input appreciated. I depend on my visor!

Try installing apps one at a time and using it for sometime and see what happens with just a few apps sounds like one of them is messing you up to me......
