I'm running Windows 98, and at one point was trying to run pocketmirror to get to outlook 97. About every other time synching, the outlook program would die (give some funky .DLL error), and I had to pop the Outlook cd in and hit the "reinstall last install" button. (I've never seen any other program have that feature).

Anyway, I gave up on Outlook, so I uninstalled pocketmirror and re-installed the Palm Desktop software, and it seems to work ok. Unless I do something weird like try to sync without having the Synching active on the PC. Then it gets confused a bit.
