I'm having one heckuva time getting my Visor to synch. I'm running Win2000 with Outlook 2000 and have never gotten the hotsynch to work. Each time I try, I get the error that the "the handheld has not been previously HOtSynched with the currently open outlook profile (or you have changed your Handheld User Name)" and sends me to Pocket Mirror's help file at the Subject Title. I've tried deleting all users and am still unable to synch the two. Does anybody have any suggestions?
