Got my Prism yesterday and started from scratch installing some applications; DateBk4, AvantGo, some various other stuff. Then I tried inserting my 8MB Memory Module and Backup module (which both work flawlessly on my VDX)

Both of them cause a fatal error when inserted, and another fatal error after reset as the OS is loading. I did a hard-reset and tried again - same thing.

I called HS Tech Support and they're thinking it's a defective Prism. Before I call for an RMA, does anyone know if there's a way to reset either of the modules? I formatted the backup module on my VDX and deleted everything from the 8MB module, and it didn't help.
