Just called CS, and after 45 minutes a rep answered. I stated that I ordered a Visor on Sept. 23rd, and that I would like to check on the status of my order. She put me on hold and within two minutes returned with my information. She also stated the shipping time to be the previously heard "four to six weeks after the order date." I just glad that I know my order is in and that they will be shipping in October. Finally, some definite info for me to stop this rumor hunting.

Did they actually have your info, or did they simply confirm your order? I am asking because I also spent the 45 minute waiting to talk to a rep and he claimed that he could not read back my address for security reasons.
