Does any one know of a viable e-mail tech support address? I get nothing from the addresses given to me by the sales rep (after being on hold for 50 min.): [email protected] and [email protected]).
The phone support guys are unbelievably ignorant.

I might be able to help you depending on your problem. See I work with Palm Tech Support so I am VERY familar with all sorts of problems associated with palms, and I guess visors too. Unless you know that you need to have a piece of hardware replaced you shouldn't call tech support the hold time just isnt worth it. You can probably find an answer by posting it on VisorCentral..if you want you can email me..I hope I can help...

Yeah, I have been able to get answers to all my questions so far from the Help forum here. But really, there haven't been many problems.
