I droped my vdx and it got a big crack in the screen, so now I have to pay 100$ bucks to repair it... *cries*

Before you shell out the $100 consider a different model. There are others for not much more money that offer many other features, *cough* clie *cough*

Don't spend $100 on fixing your DeLuxe ...

... when you can buy a refurbished Prism direct from Handspring on Ebay for $199. You would still get the free shipping and the 90 day warranty that they offer on the Handspring website (which is probably as good or better than you would get with having yours repaired).

I just upgraded from my DeLuxe to a Prism, and let me say that the color (and brightness) difference are simply unbelievable. Plus, if you already have any modules, your investment won't be lost as it would if you bought a Clie' (although I do envy the built-in MP3 capability).
