Fatal Reset After A "Find" Search!

Every time I try to find something (using the magnifying glass "button") and hit enter, it finds what it's looking for and lists the hits, but right afterwards it fatal resets?

What could be causing this?

I have Afterburner but it's only one hack. I use it with a visorphone most of the time and the usual apps. No other failures other than my Visorphone always shutting itself off, which is VERY annoying, I may replace it.

Thanks!

usually the culprit is a corrupted record or something find doesn't know how to deal with.

where is it crashing in the find?
if you can figure this out, then you can n track it down to a particular entry.
when i ran into this problem, find would always crash when it got to searching memos. turned out to be a long 6k memo that i had stored (i use cryptopad as a memopad replacement). once i split the memo in half, i had no more problems with find.
