Question Datebook disappeared from hotsync list!

I've been noticing that after my mail syncs during a hotsync, it goes right to Address Book. Hmm. So I clicked on Custom to see what was what, and the datebook item is completely missing from the list!!! I don't know what caused it, but does anyone know how to fix it?

Reinstall your conduits. If you are using the software provide with the Visor, then reinstall from the cd that came with it. If you are using another PIM conduit, such as Desktop To Go or PocketMirror Pro, then reinstall that software.

If this is a PC, then it sounds like your registry got screwed up. This info is stored in the registry. If it a Mac, I think they call it the "extensions" (I may be wrong, I'm not a Mac guy) may have been corrupted.

Good Luck!

Thanks, I'm downloading the latest Desktop as we speak. I have 4.0 loaded, so I need to do the Palm 4.0 Desktop, but Handspring 3.1 hotsync trick again. I'll let you know if that does the trick!

For what purpose are you using the 4.0? For the desktop software? for the ability to IRsync in Win2k? of whatelse????

4.0 has some really nice features over 3.1. Wish HS would get off their duff and release their version of it.

Me too! the 4.0 hotsync manager allows for IRsync in Win2k. It's not a necessity but it sure would be nice.
