Mine finally arrived this morning...(right after YY emailed the tracking number!)
I called tech support at the 888 number and, although the modem fought him all the way, the tech was really good - patient and creative and got it set up. I now have a weak signal, but will be trying it on a trip next week. My area gets almost no signal, being fairly remote. However, another thread deals with aluminum foil enhancing the signal strength, so I am heading to the kitchen...
The modem is neat, YY's folks at the 888 number are very sharp and I am hopeful...!
