I know I know ... I'm jumping the gun here, but has HandSpring made any statement on how they'll handle support for the Visor? I had a problem with my Palm III (the screen was smashed) and the $100 replacement deal was DEFINITELY worth it.

But even with a replacement Palm III sitting in my hands, I'm not about to be the first one to break my Visor (once I receive it) just to find out how HandSpring plans to work out the support aspects.

One year warranty on everything but the screen.

To replace the screen, you send in the Visor and $70.

This is straight from the rep I ordered from. I think it's part of the spiel they give to every customer.

I don't think that 70 dollars for a screen is too much to ask. My brother broke my laptop screen once.....that sucked.

Unhappy

Don't feel too bad...

I paid 150 bucks to replace a broken screen on my E-10 only a month after I bought it... for $399... Useless AND Expensive.

I don't want to talk about it...
