I don't see how you draw the conclusion that supporting CF+ cards would allow CF storage cards to be used as directly accesible memory? The inability to use CF as expansion memory has nothing to do with "real-time", it's all about the fact that the CF card won't let the Visor's CPU see the flash memory directly. This is totally a limitation of CF cards and has nothing to do with the adapter.
