Talking Blue Skies, I See Nothing But Blue Skies....

Just a note: I've been very impressed (and am appreciative!) of the data provided by Dave Kessler and PiDeveloper. They've been informative and polite, and have been a great help in making my decision about my Visor's storage module.

Which is... I'm optimistically waiting a month (maybe two) before buying. It looks to me like we're going to have two good products that, while working in different ways, and releasing features at different times:


  • Provide application launching/running from a CF/SM card
  • Provide VFS support on the CF/SM card

Cool! You get a good product no matter which way you buy -- and you make your purchase in an informed manner.

Is this a great technology, or what?

...I mean... I'm glad to see that Pi is going to add VFS to memplug, I wonder if maybe everybody shouldn't just combine their efforts.
