Thank you for the FIX, I hope it is easy for anyone else that has such problems.
However, I think the blatent sarcasm, and cynicism about Handspring should cease. They are new company and are expected to have some temporary errors.
On the otherhand, if it were my Visor, I would have been greatly upset to, but, I would not have felt the need to post a message about the "Sloppy Craftsmanship of the unit"... Could it be it happened during shipping? I have no clue, I am still one of the many awaiting it. How is it?
