Wink

I think that the red is a great color that stands out with shock factor, and silver has that understated stylish look to it. As for the blue... well that's just "eh"

Visor Edge Colors

It looks like some sort of aluminum alloy - could be T-6 (really strong). In any case, I suspect the first thing we'll see as a "custom" option on this will be re-anodizing the case a different color. Its dirt-simple to do, and we could finally get the "Purple" visor option that people have wanted since we first started dying the Deluxe Ice's.

I like it, but not enough to purchase one new. I'm taking the wait and see approach, and wondering what Palm and TRG will bring out to compete. I'd kill for a TRGPro slim factor Palm 5/Visor Edge competitor. I wouldn't even care if it had a color screen....

Wink

I prefer Silver, since I heard that the cover can be changed. I can get the silve body, use blue or red cover, it will look cool then.

Wink ALL COLORS SHOULD BELONG TO US

I'D SPRING (PARDON PUN) EXTRA FOR A SET OF EVERY COLOR IN THE CRAYON BOX!

(wouldnt it be neat to change colors every day and go on for like 60 days?)

Or what about a mood-ring type snap-on that changes based on the user's mood?

Folks...keep in mind that they make ENGINE blocks out of aluminum. It is strong if it is extruded thick enough

FYI, aluminum PDA cases and engine blocks are cast, not extruded. Extruding is a process for lineal shapes. Nonetheless, aluminum is plenty strong.
