I have exactly the same problem. After 35 days of use, it just won't sync. Sometimes the soft reset will let it work, but after the computer and the Visor are turned off, the same problem reappears. Any ideas?

Here is what happens: I place the visor in the cradle, push the hotsync button, and the visor says "Connecting to computer" or whatever. That is it. It never gets any further than that. Computer dosent even acknowledge that the visor is there. The thing that freaks me out is that it worked fine, and then just stopped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! (All software is configured correctly)
