Black Splotch on Screen

I ordered a Visor a few years ago and it broke. Then I sent it in and after not receiving it for a few months, finally Handspring sent me a new one. However, after a few days mysteriously a black splotch appeared on the screen. I could take a picture if anyone requests, it's very easy to do so with my digital camera. Does anyone know how to fix this? It's been like this for almost 2 years now, and I can't send it back in (never procrastinate like I did). Please, someone help!

The screen is damaged. Perhaps you could argue with Handspring tech that they did not fix it right. Otherwise you could go to www.GetHighTech.com to get a used screen. Remember that a refurb (working) Deluxe goes for about $80, and would save you some labor from replacing the screen yourself.

Thanks a lot. I think I'm gonna argue with them, but I don't really like arguing
I might just not do anything, because I can't afford a new screen. Thanks anyways!

argue away!

The same thing happened to my Neo. Keep in mind that it might be a good idea to tell them, and emphasise, if it is indeed the case, that the unit has received no trauma, and that the screen is uncracked.
