They seem to have most of their problems behind them. On 2/14 I requested a replacement unit for a very small case chip which was quite likely caused by my PDA Panache stylus being inserted too far. I received the replacement on 2/21. They make it quite simple to return the old unit. They provide a FedEx preprinted shipping bill and a box. I'm especially impressed as I didn't even buy it from them directly.
