YadaYada Refund...
As per my earlier posts, I'd bought 6 months service and received my modem the day before YY shut down. Whe I called them about it 12/6, I was told that they had no access to their billing computers (what ever that means) and that I should go through my credit card co. and file a dispute.
I was told by YY and my credit card co. that this should be no problem, but I have yet to get charged back on my card...........just waiting and hoping, will prolly call them next week to b*tch...
