YadaYada refund??

Has anyone received a refund from YadaYada yet?
I pre-paid for 6 months service in September, so I still had about 2 months service left.

I emailed them last week but got no reply yet.
I'll be annoyed if they have run off with my money.

I just got a MAILER-DAEMON failure notice regarding the email I sent YY customerservice on 12/18/01. Longest delay for a failure notice I ever seen.
Looks like they have run off with my refund. Bastards.

YadaYada Refund...

As per my earlier posts, I'd bought 6 months service and received my modem the day before YY shut down. Whe I called them about it 12/6, I was told that they had no access to their billing computers (what ever that means) and that I should go through my credit card co. and file a dispute.
I was told by YY and my credit card co. that this should be no problem, but I have yet to get charged back on my card...........just waiting and hoping, will prolly call them next week to b*tch...

still no money

I still have received no refund to my visa debit card, and emails to [email protected] have been returned.

Yadayada.com now goes to goamerica.com I must call them and ask what the deal is. I hate being robbed.

Since the wireless service stopped I have hardly turned on my visor. It was the one killer app. I am going to wait for new PocketPC's to come out with wireless or see what happens with the new ARM powered PalmOS and upgrade from my old visor.

...My dredit card actually came thru on this matter for me....Took almost 2 months, but last week I received an e-mail from my credit card co, telling me that they credited my account for the YadaYada charge...

Have you called your cc co to inquire? I had to explain the situation twice to get them to do anything......

I got December credited back (it was my last month anyway)..

Didn't show up until the last CC bill I got ..
